Thank you for arranging our 28 night guided tour of Sri Lanka. It's been incredible throughout - we've stayed in some fantastic places, eaten wonderful food and enjoyed a peaceful hitch free break. The last minute free upgrade at Taru Villas was the icing on the cake. Looking forward to finalizing details of a fortnight in the Italian Lakes, Verona and Venice in June; and investigating Japan and Canada over the next 12 months. Booking for such a large group would have been so daunting and your knowledge and expertise in sourcing flights, transfers and accommodation was spot on! To celebrate my 50th birthday in 2015 we wanted to arrange a special holiday to Australia and New Zealand. We knew that we wanted to spend New Year’s Eve in Sydney and spend the month of January seeing as much as we possibly could, however having not been to Australia or New Zealand before we needed some help to organise our itinerary, and asking Emma to arrange our trip was the best move we could have made. Both myself and my wife Julie met Emma and we instantly knew we were in good hands, she took time to understand our likes and dislikes, the type of holiday we wanted and most importantly our budget. We received a proposed itinerary a couple of weeks later and it was perfect, Emma really got us!! We were really excited when our tickets arrived, Emma had put together a lovely package and included some fantastic surprises to make our trip even more special, she had given us access to the executive lounge at Heathrow, arranged for us to go to the observation deck on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai on the return leg, a lonely planet guide to Australia, and a small glass bottle with a cork top to collect some sand as a memento. These little things really added to our experience and it’s what sets Infinite Travel unique. We flew from Heathrow on the new Airbus 380, following our booking we asked if it was possible to upgrade our flight to premium economy. This was no trouble for Emma who rearranged our flight schedule to accommodate our request and the upgrade was worth every penny!!. Every detail was taken care of during our stay, we honestly didn't have to think of a thing. Our transfers were in executive cars with amazing drivers, the hotel locations were perfect, and the excursions that Emma had arranged were amazing. Our stay couldn't have started any better, Emma had booked a New Year’s Eve gala cruise viewing the fireworks from just past the opera house (breath-taking!!) with a 5 course meal, champagne, a live band and a DJ. This was just the start of an incredible for weeks which included: • A 2 week cruise on the Celebrity Solstice around New Zealand visiting the most spectacular scenery. • Back to Cairns for a two day tour of the Blue Mountains. • A catamaran to the Great Barrier Reef for some incredible snorkelling. • A two night stop in Dubai which included a visit to the top of the Burj Khalifa. "Planning our first family holiday abroad for nearly four years was a little daunting. We wanted a holiday at a resort that our kids would love and would give them plenty to keep them entertained. Our previous holiday was taken when they were too young to really be aware so I desperately wanted to make sure I got it right. Enter Emma from Infinite Travel to the rescue! My wife and I booked our honeymoon through Infinite Travel after spending a huge amount of time researching for the perfect destination. Hi Emma My apologies for not coming back to you sooner. I did mean to but work and then illness has got in the way. We had a lovely holiday. The hotel you found us was very good and we wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Lots of nationalities which is something we like. The room was excellent, kids facilities great (you'd have enjoyed the slides I think!) and it's location on the beach with some great snorkelling was fab. There were a few niggles with staff and towels but these were very small and I think rather typical for Egypt. The weather was a bit mixed, definitely cooler than I would have wanted but I'm a bit of a hot house flower when I go away - it was still very pleasant, was one of the most relaxing holiday and even you couldn't have done anything about the weather! We did receive some chocolates on our return but sorry, there was no card so I'm afraid we didn't know who had sent them. That's was a very nice gesture Emma, typical of the personal and excellent service I have had from you throughout. Good morning Emma Sal & I just wanted to thank for arranging our recent holiday. Everything went smoothly, the hotel was excellent and one that we would certainly visit again. Our transfer from and to the airport in Dalaman was by taxi and this certainly made the transfers quicker. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort, it was just as we wanted and we found the restaurants very good, the service and value for money excellent. On our first morning an envelope was left at our door from the rep, indicating he would be in reception that morning at 9. He wasn't there and the hotel reception phoned him explain and he indicated he would let us know when he would be back. We never saw him but this wasn't a problem at all, as we had no issues to discuss, we arranged all our trips ourselves and the hotel staff were more than obliging. All in all a fantastic holiday, you matched our needs with an ideal location, and hotel and we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks again Bob & Sally

At the last minute, I decided to take my wife to Paris for her birthday. I asked Emma at Infinite Travel if she could suggest anything and she managed to find us a couple of lovely boutique hotels, one a 3 star and one a 4. We went for the 3 star, Hotel Berne Opera which was lovely – very friendly staff, excellent location, and everything we could need in a room for a two night stay. Emma booked our flights at times convenient for us, a car park at the airport, and offered some great excursion ideas too. We had a very nice time in Paris. Although it was only for two nights, we will have memories to last a lifetime. Infinite Travel’s price virtually matched the best price an internet search could provide, but with bespoke arrangements and a personal service and I have already recommended to them to many friends.

My friend and I recently had a fantastic holiday to Vietnam thanks to Infinite Travel. As well as supplying the most competitive price that we had seen for flights to Vietnam, via a few nights in Hong Kong, they also started our holiday in a relaxing way by getting us entry into the airport lounge.
