To celebrate my 50th birthday in 2015 we wanted to arrange a special holiday to Australia and New Zealand. We knew that we wanted to spend New Year’s Eve in Sydney and spend the month of January seeing as much as we possibly could, however having not been to Australia or New Zealand before we needed some help to organise our itinerary, and asking Emma to arrange our trip was the best move we could have made. Both myself and my wife Julie met Emma and we instantly knew we were in good hands, she took time to understand our likes and dislikes, the type of holiday we wanted and most importantly our budget. We received a proposed itinerary a couple of weeks later and it was perfect, Emma really got us!! We were really excited when our tickets arrived, Emma had put together a lovely package and included some fantastic surprises to make our trip even more special, she had given us access to the executive lounge at Heathrow, arranged for us to go to the observation deck on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai on the return leg, a lonely planet guide to Australia, and a small glass bottle with a cork top to collect some sand as a memento. These little things really added to our experience and it’s what sets Infinite Travel unique. We flew from Heathrow on the new Airbus 380, following our booking we asked if it was possible to upgrade our flight to premium economy. This was no trouble for Emma who rearranged our flight schedule to accommodate our request and the upgrade was worth every penny!!. Every detail was taken care of during our stay, we honestly didn't have to think of a thing. Our transfers were in executive cars with amazing drivers, the hotel locations were perfect, and the excursions that Emma had arranged were amazing. Our stay couldn't have started any better, Emma had booked a New Year’s Eve gala cruise viewing the fireworks from just past the opera house (breath-taking!!) with a 5 course meal, champagne, a live band and a DJ. This was just the start of an incredible for weeks which included: • A 2 week cruise on the Celebrity Solstice around New Zealand visiting the most spectacular scenery. • Back to Cairns for a two day tour of the Blue Mountains. • A catamaran to the Great Barrier Reef for some incredible snorkelling. • A two night stop in Dubai which included a visit to the top of the Burj Khalifa. Thank you so much to Emma at Infinite Travel for organising an unforgettable 2016 Holiday cruise to Hawaii on the amazing Princess Cruise Ship as well as a few days in Los Angeles Everything was perfect from the booking stage, hotels, transfers to the cruise itself. Not to mention the little gift prior to our departure which was very much appreciated and made it feel special. The hotels that were selected for us were in a perfect location and our transfers were spot on with lovely cars and a personal driver. My friend and I recently had a fantastic holiday to Vietnam thanks to Infinite Travel.
