Yesterday I started the day with a 7am networking meeting. The majority of my day was then spent absorbed by the screens of my computer, laptop and smart phone. I finished it with a mountain walk at sunset.
Reconnecting with nature and disconnecting from the fuzz of digital life even for a few hours midweek is something I endeavour to do much more often. It helps with perspective and rejigs your brain, enabling you to attack your goals again with vigour the next day.
Scheduling in time for yourself for both short and longer periods should be a requirement in your business planning and diary, not seen as an indulgence.
